Relayn AI is a voice AI service operated by Joel Maundu, a sole trader based in Portugal. We build and configure AI-powered call-answering systems for home service businesses, primarily in the United States, using the Retell AI platform.

2. What data we collect

When you use the demo form on our website we collect:

First name and last name
Phone number — used to place a demo call to you via Retell AI
Email address — used to follow up after the demo

We do not collect payment data, precise location, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

3. How we use your data

To initiate a live AI demo call to your phone via Retell AI's infrastructure.
To follow up with you by email about our service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

Retell AI — our call infrastructure provider. When a demo call is placed, your phone number is transmitted to Retell AI's servers to initiate the call. Retell AI's own privacy policy applies to this processing. See retellai.com/privacy.

We do not use third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising trackers on this website.

5. Call recording

Demo calls placed through this website may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By submitting the demo form you consent to the call being recorded. Recordings are stored securely and deleted after 90 days unless you become a client.

6. Data retention

Contact details submitted via the demo form are retained for up to 12 months. If you do not become a client and request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days of your request.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights under the GDPR (EU/Portugal) or applicable US state privacy laws (e.g. CCPA for California residents) including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any right email hello@relayn.ai.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance.
